As the founder of Project Health Physical Therapy and Wellness, Dr. Alahmad has built a practice rooted in personalized care, a holistic approach, and evidence-based treatments, all with a steadfast commitment to enhancing each patient’s quality of life. Fluent in both English and Arabic, he understands the cultural factors that can affect health and wellness. With a patient-first mindset, Dr. Alahmad customizes every treatment plan to fit each person's unique goals, needs, and lifestyle, ensuring care that is both effective and compassionate.

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) – Dominican University of New York

  • Master of Science in Orthopedics & Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy – Cairo University, with a special focus on posture and gait assessment and treatment

  • Advanced Training in Posture Assessment & Treatment – Egoscue University, California

  • Extensive Experience in Geriatric Physical Therapy, with a special passion for fall prevention in older adults

Dr. Alahmad is deeply committed to serving and uplifting his community. As an active member of the Fairfax Community, he collaborates with diverse groups across Northern Virginia to promote mobility, health, and an active, independent lifestyle for people of all ages.

When he's not caring for patients, Dr. Alahmad enjoys soccer, nature walks, hiking, exploring new foods, and spending quality time with family and friends. He firmly believes in practicing what he preaches: staying active and living a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
